Neonicotinoid Pesticides
Two new studies show the multiple ways that widely used Neonicotinoid Pesticides harm honeybees. These are the latest studies to show that less than lethal amounts of the pesticide affect the hive throughout the year finally weakening it to the point it dies. Check out the article here.

Spring Has Sprung?
Spring is finally here and the bees are bringing in large amounts of pollen to feed the expanding brood nest. We are starting with five times more hive this year than last. If the weather cooperates we should have a new crop of honey soon. Check out how active the hives have been on warm days.
